      Set the mood with color flexibility, the Low Voltage lighting upgrade kit comes in 2700K and 4K variants, allowing for warmer or cooler tones.

      Designed for compatibility with our Lincoln Planter, this upgrade kit brings low-voltage lighting to any space, ensuring a stunning visual impact. The kit includes a water-resistant 950 Lumen 15 Watt outdoor LED light strip embedded in a silicon diffuser for an even light distribution and a seamless radiant glow to the surrounding area.

      Connect to any professionally installed existing 12 Volt system or start from scratch with the Kichler 60W or 120W Low-voltage transformer, 15 feet of low voltage 16/2 wire, and buriable wire nuts are included in the kit to complete the installation.

      Installation is simple with the magnetized features. Effortlessly attach the preassembled LED light fixture to the underside of your Lincoln planter in minutes. Wire concealment made easy, complete with an integrated wire conduit built into the planter design, maintaining the sleek and tidy appearance of your outdoor space.        Our kit includes wire nuts for the DIY installation. While the provided wire nuts are rated for underground use, we recommend crimp style connectors combined with glue lined heat shrink for a more professional and robust connection. If you are unfamiliar with this process, contact a local low voltage lighting professional.

      Shipping

      Shipping Carrier:
        • All items are shipped via FedEx Ground to provide reliable and efficient delivery service.
      Order Processing Time:
        • All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
      Tracking Information:
        • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be generated, and an email containing the tracking information will be sent to you when the shipping label is printed. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
      Undeliverable Packages:
        • If FedEx is unable to deliver the package due to an address issue or the customer's unavailability, FedEx will return the package to our warehouse. In such cases, the order will be refunded, minus the original shipping cost.
      Successful Delivery:
        • Once a package is marked as delivered by FedEx, Iron Core Designs considers it a successful delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package at the provided shipping address.

      Please be aware that unforeseen circumstances or external factors may affect shipping times. Iron Core Designs is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or events beyond our control.

      Returns

      Return Period:
        • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date the package was marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
        Condition of Returned Items:
          • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
        Return Shipping:
          • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
        Restocking Fee:
          • If the returned item shows signs of damage, use, or is missing parts, Iron Core Designs reserves the right to apply a restocking fee to the refund. The restocking fee will be determined based on the condition of the returned item. If you have questions about whether or not a restocking fee will be applied to your return, we recommend reaching out to us before sending the item back to us.
        Shipping Damage:
          • In the unfortunate event that items are damaged during shipping, Iron Core Designs will work closely with the customer to either replace or repair the damaged item.
        Notification of Shipping Damage:
          • It is imperative that any shipping damage is reported to Iron Core Designs within 7 days of receiving the package. Please contact our customer service team promptly with detailed information and, if possible, photographs of the damaged items and packaging.

        Warranty Coverage: Iron Core Designs offers a one-year warranty on all planters from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

        What Is Covered:

        1. Manufacturing Defects: The warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, including issues arising from the manufacturing process.
        2. Structural Integrity: We guarantee the structural integrity of our planters for one year, ensuring they remain free from defects that compromise their functionality.
        3. Finish and Coating: The warranty covers the finish and coating of the planters, protecting against peeling, flaking, or corrosion under normal use and proper maintenance.

        What Is Not Covered:

        1. Damage from Improper Use: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents.
        2. Normal Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including fading of colors over time, is not covered by the warranty.
        3. Modifications or Alterations: Any modifications or alterations made to the product by the customer or a third party not authorized by Iron Core Designs will void the warranty.

        Claim Process:

        2. Provide proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photographs illustrating the defect.
